The water wall pipes on the left and right sides of the furnace are radiant heating zones. The two wings of the furnace and the spiral fire tube in the rotating drum are convection heating zones. The rice husk hot water boiler adopts the upper drum, and the water wall tube is symmetrically arranged with the machine head. The drum is welded and assembled by the cylinder body and the front and rear tube plates. This kind of furnace has a reasonable structure layout and high efficiency.
This rice husk boiler adopts scientific achievements such as arched tube sheets and spiral fire tubes to solve the problems of tube sheet cracks, water wall tube bursts, low efficiency, insufficient output, and poor adaptability to different biomass fuels.
In addition to rice husk, the husk-fired boiler can also burn other biomass fuels, such as wood chips, bagasse, rice straw, coconut husk, cottonseed, corn cobs, peanut husks, waste cloth, etc. To avoid coking and improve combustion efficiency, the unique dual secondary air design is adopted to improve the use conditions of biomass fuel.

Husk Fired Boiler Advantages
1. High-Quality Assurance
(1) There is a professional design engineer team, before manufacturing, every boiler design drawing has to be approved by boiler and pressure vessel experts of CSBTS ( State Bureau of Quality Technical Supervision ), and then the boiler could be produced only if qualified.
(2) To ensure the quality of the raw materials, all the steel plates are special-used for the boiler with the Inspection Certificates. The raw material materials are inspected when entering the factory, and only the qualified material could be put in storage and used for production.
(3) To ensure the welding quality, there is a professional welding team, including more than 30 senior welders. The welding materials are stored under constant temperature and humidity, to ensure the welding material quality.
(4) The welding quality will be further examined during boiler manufacturing, by using x-ray detection, ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic test, penetration test, etc.
(5) To ensure the boiler quality, the leakproof ness and strength of pressure parts will be tested. The hydrostatic test is done to make sure there are no water drops or water mist leakage appearing on the steel wall or welding joint, no water leakage appearing at the place of expansion, and no obvious residual deformation and abnormal situation.
(6) To ensure no problems before boiler delivery, all the raw materials and boilers are supervised and inspected by the experts of the Inspection Institution for Boiler and Pressure Vessel. There are international quality certificates of ISO 9001 and CE, we can also offer the inspection report of SGS, BV, etc., Quality Certificates, Energy audit reports, Energy Efficiency Test reports, etc.

(2) Full automatic interlock protection program, has the protection function of water shortage, over pressure, over temperature, gas leakage, flame out, electric leakage, and phrase-lacking or overloading of motor, etc.
(3) Excellent and complete instrument system and PLC full automatic intelligent control system. The boiler could operate automatically after starting, the whole system could be controlled by the touch screen, and operate conveniently. The internal wiring and elements are installed clean and tidy, to ensure safe operation.
3. High-Efficiency Assurance
(1) Adopts horizontal type three pass structure and large furnace, to ensure sufficient combustion, and the boiler could absorb the thermal expansion effectively. The large diameter boiler drum increases the radiant heating surface, to ensure high thermal efficiency.
(2) The spirally corrugated tube strengthens the disturbance of flue gas and high heat transfer efficiency.
(3) The boiler shell uses an aluminum silicate board for heat preservation, the thickness of the board is 8cm, and high thermal shielding efficiency buys low heat loss, to increase the boiler thermal efficiency.
(4) The furnace wall was poured entirely the heat-resistance concrete and high-temperature-resistance refractory brick, with excellent leakproof ness, no air leakage, and low heat loss.
(5) By equipping with an economizer, make full use of the heat of flue gas, decrease the exhaust smoke temperature, and increase the thermal efficiency.
(6) Adopts variable frequency water supply, air supply, and air-induced improved boiler operation efficiency.
