Gravity Paddy Separator Introduction

MGCZ series gravity rice separator is a traditional machine for small rice mills. It uses the difference in gravity and surface friction modulus between rice and brown rice to separate brown rice from grain mixtures. This machine is very popular all over the world because it can greatly increase the whole meter output and improve economic efficiency.

It is designed with a multi-layer screen so that rice and brown rice can be separated and sent to different work steps for processing. It works by taking advantage of the difference in specific gravity between rice and brown rice. The rice needs to be hulled and then fed into a rice mill to make white rice. After passing through the husking machine, some rice may not be hulled well, so the rice separator separates these parts, and then sends them back to the hulling machine to be hulled again, and then the hulled brown rice will be sent to the rice mill for production white rice.
