Or we can send the machine drawing to you, you can find the engineer in your country. This is cheaper and more convenient.

About the after-sale service, within one year, If the machine has any problem without man-made damage, You can take the pictures and the video for us. we will help you deal with it. This doesn't include spare parts. as usual, our machine can use for over 5-8 years, and it no has any problem. Only need to change the spare parts.

5. About the payment

About the payment, We can accept 30%,50%, or 70% as a deposit, So that we can help you produce the machine first. When we finish producing, we can send the pictures and the machine video to you. Then you can pay the balance, before delivering, you need to pay all the payments. For the payment way, we can accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, and L/C.You can choose the most convenient way. This depends on you.

6. About the delivery and packing for ricing mill plant

As usual, we deliver the machine to you by sea. So that we can deliver it to your port, Which is convenient for you. When the machine arrived at your port, You picked it up is ok.

About the packing, We use plastic material to pack it at first, Then make the wooden case for you and packed it. In the end, We put it in a container. About the color sorter, we vacuum package it, So please don’t worry it’s broken and damp and can’t work usually.
